Project scope

  • Identify candidate products, in coordination with the relevant product manager
  • Travel to assess the situation on-the-spot
  • Recommend a shortlist

Project results

Over a hundred candidate products were identified, of which 15-20 were retained as being of immediate or delayed interest. Suppliers were identified for those products.
